Designed in Amsterdam

Clothing made
for the
long ones.

For babies who run a little tall. Length-first sizing designed in the Netherlands — where tall babies are practically a tradition.

Tiny baby hand

The problem
with standard sizes.

Tall babies and toddlers outgrow the length of standard onesies and sleepsuits 3–6 months before they outgrow the width. The conventional solution — go up a size — means baggy arms, an oversized chest, and crotch snaps that sit at the knees. It looks ill-fitting because it is.

Dutch children are, on average, among the tallest in the world — and Dutch parents know this problem intimately. Langje was born from that frustration: clothing designed from the start for babies who grow up before they grow out. Proportions tuned for long torsos, long arms, long legs. Nothing more, nothing less.

Our approach

Built around
how babies actually grow.

01

Extra-long sleeves

Proportions tuned for tall babies. Cuffs stay at the wrist instead of riding halfway up the arm by month three.

02

Length-first sizing

Sized 56–92cm by height, not month-age. Because a 9-month-old who's 75cm tall needs different clothes than one who's 65cm.

03

Honest fabrics

GOTS-certified organic cotton. OEKO-TEX dyes. Made in Portugal in small runs. Gentle on skin that's brand new to the world.

04

Built for years

Durable enough for hand-me-downs — because Dutch families pass clothes between cousins. Quality that outlasts one child.
